Political Leadership Retreat

Only 2% of people in this country will ever run for office in their lifetime. It can be a lonely experience, especially after a campaign loss. The Political Leadership Retreat is a thoughtfully curated retreat for LEE members who ran for office and were not elected. During the retreat, members process lessons learned and assess areas of growth, gain clarity on the next phase of their leadership journey, and collaborate with LEE staff and experts to craft an action plan for next steps.
