Power Conscious Leadership Program

The Power Consciousness Leadership Certificate program helps participants understand how race, identity, and power intersect and shape their work in communities. The program emphasizes the importance of being grounded in an awareness of how personal identities—shaped by race, culture, gender, and other factors—impact our ability to navigate power systems. This awareness is crucial for those in advocacy, policy, organizing, and leadership roles, providing tools to create systemic change and promote equity and inclusion.
