Emerging Policy and Advocacy Leaders Series

The Emerging Policy and Advocacy Leaders Series (EPALS) is an intensive leadership development program for LEE members of color who are exploring careers in policy and advocacy. EPALS supports participants to strengthen their network, foster curiosity about their leadership potential and the policy landscape, hone communication skills, and develop creative problem-solving skills.
