People of Color Political Leadership Program

The People of Color Political Leadership Program brings together LEE members who are committed to pursuing elected office to build their skills and confidence through an immersive learning and networking opportunity. The program consists of workshop sessions of skills-building and campaign training, group discussions centered on the challenges and opportunities that candidates of color face when running for office, one-on-one coaching, and online coursework.
