Early Career Coaching Course

This multi-week virtual coach-facilitated course provides members with expert support to pursue a first role in policy, advocacy, or organizing. This is based on a graduate-level public service career course and years of coaching experience. Coaches serve as accountability partners and expert guide as participants work through plans.
