Career Catalyst Program

This 8-week blended learning program for mid-career policy and advocacy professionals, consists of recorded videos, weekly assignments, and weekly group office hours with an experienced coach. Members gain clarity on what type of policy, advocacy, or organizing role interests them, learn about opportunities for impact in different sectors and key competencies, and make a plan to pursue a new role. With other LEE members, participants create all the materials needed to apply including an optimized resume and cover letter, and develop strategies to ace interviews.
